Agradable local en el corazón de Pamplona que cuenta con una esmerada atención al público. Elaboran pinchos de autor. Han obtenido numerosos premios en diferentes ediciones de la Semana del Pincho, sin ir más lejos el segundo premio en la ediciones correspondientes a los años 2007, 2008, 2009 y tercer premio en el año 2010.

• Caramelo crujiente de espinacas y gambas.
• Tosta de anguila ahumada con tomate natural en dos texturas.

A pleasant bar in the heart of Pamplona, noted for its excellent service. The signature pinchos created here have received a number of awards over the years in the various Pincho Week contests. Just by way of example, the Gaucho was awarded second prize in the Pincho Week 2007, 2008, 2009 and third prize in 2010 contest.

The Gaucho is noted for its wide range of pinchos, to suit all tastes. Prawn or pepper fritters and fresh foie on toasted bread.
