Situado en pleno Casco Antiguo. La familia Juanco Goñi es la propietaria y gestora desde 1934. Reformado por segunda vez en 1995, conserva la entrad original de piedra con ventanas románicas del S.XIII, asis como el muro del fondo de piedra y ladrillo de 1912. Amplia gama de pinchos con mas de treinta diferentes y quince mesas para degustarlos.

Especialidad
• Manitas de cerdo, deshuesads a la plancha en su salsa con foie fresco a la plancha (3 euros).
• Basiano(homenaje al afamado pintor navarro).
Base de tostada de pan con lecho de
pisto con un picadillo de surtido de ibéricos y queso gratinado con una pizca de orégano (2,50 euros).
• Tartaleta de hongos beltza con foie fresco y salsa agridulce a base de Oporto y miel (2,50 euros).

Set right in the heart of the Old Part of the city. The Juanco Goñi family have owned and run this bar since 1934. The bar was refurbished again in 1995, yet still conserves the
original stone entrance, with 18th century Romanesque windows whilst the stone and brick wall at the rear of the bar dates back to 1912. Fifteen tables available to sit down and
savour our extensive selection of more than thirty different pinchos.

• Griddled pork trotters (off the bone) in sauce with griddled fresh foie (3 Euros).
• Basiano (homage to the famous Navarreborn
painter). Toasted bread base on a bed of ratatouille, with chopped Iberian cured pork and gratinated cheese sprinkled with a pinch of oregano (2.50 Euros).
• Tartlet of black mushrooms with fresh foie in a sweet & sour sauce based on Port wine and honey (2.50 Euros)
